Verzendbeleid

All orders will be sent between 4-5 business days after ordering. There's an automatic "Will receive by (date)" - please note that this is an automated system and we do not control the postal service, there's a huge difference in postal services and their speed. 

We send all our orders with PostNL, the official dutch postal service. With this link you can always track your parcels when we send them out. Once they leave the country they will be handed over to your local postal service and the PostNL website and your postal service will update you on this.

Where is my parcel?
Frankly, we don't know. Once we hand it over to PostNL it's really out of our hands and we have no clue other than the information that the Track & Trace website will tell us. Of course we will contact the postal service for you to win in more information. But other than that, please use the Track & Trace website above!

Please note that during the Holidays (Black Friday & Christmas) the shipping will take longer! Always use your Track & Trace if you want to be updated on shipping. 

Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders obviously work a little different than our regular shipping. It really depends on the items when and how we'll send it. Always read the item description thoroughly to get a sense of when the item will dispatched.

Sometimes you can also pre-order items at events, which in that case works a little different as well. We will always keep you updated through e-mail if delivery takes longer. Mostly we only do pre-orders at events when we know we'll have the items after the weekend. In some rare cases - that takes a little longer. 

However the case: you'll always be updated!
