If you need a return, or refund of any kind. Message us via e-mail: lilmagicstoree@gmail.com to be informed of the further steps that need to be taken, but here is an overview about returns, exchanges or refunds:

EU Right of Withdrawal law:
- you have 14 days, parcel received or not, to be in your legal right to request a refund. 
- item not yet shipped? instant refund of full amount.
- item on its way to you? we will only grant the right of withdrawal if the item is shipped back to us. we will grant it, even if it arrives later than the 14 days period.
- item received? you ship it back to us and we will refund you.
- please note you'll have to pay for the shipping back to us. there are no free returns.

exchanges:
- only sent out when the parcel made it back to us
- customer has to pay for shipping

returns:
- within 14 days of receiving your order, submit a form after that period and we will not grant the return / refund
- customers have to pay for shipping back to US, we can not cover that.
- payout of the items will happen 4-5 business days after we have received the items back

refunds:
- given if it's within the 14 days after receiving period
- only given when the parcel has made it back to us
- amount decided when the parcel has made it back, amount will be trasfered back within 4-5 business days
- refunds exclude the shipping cost, it's item cost only. 

- NO final sale items are eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. 
- all items have to be in perfect state when returned, exchanged or the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
- shipping cost will NOT be refunded
